Resolution 1:
Step 1: Energy off the printer
Step 2: Press and maintain on the reset button in the back of the printer with a paper clip or the tip of a pencil.

Step 3: Energy on the printer by urgent and holding the facility button
Step 4: After 5 seconds, the printer will print a sheet. Then, launch the 2 buttons.

Resolution 2:
You need to purchase a key to do the reset (resetkey for exemple)
